BuduLock
BuduLock is a simple USB port lock software for Windows which can also be used to lock folders. It does not entirely serves the function to lock USB port, but blocks USB flash drives and memory drives. Other devices such as mouse, keyboard, webcam, etc. will work properly when the lock is active.
There are two tabs available, one lets you lock USB port, while other lets you lock folders. Enabling the USB flash lock will not let your computer access any kind of USB memory drives. The change password option lets you change the password for extra security. To lock folders, navigate to the folders tab and select the folder which you want to be locked.

Disable USB via RegEdit
How to block USB port through registry:
- Go to Start menu and type Run to access the Run box.
- Type regedit and click on OK to open the Registry Editor.
- Navigate to the following location in the Registry Editor window: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBSTOR.
- In the USBSTOR folder, double click on Start.
- A new window will pop up where you can change the value of that registry.
- The default value is set to 3; change it to 4 and click Ok.
- Exit Registry Editor and reboot the computer for the change to take place.
Nomesoft USB Guard
Nomesoft USB Guard is another simple USB port blocker for Windows. It has a very simple interface and provides standard USB blocking options. You can either entirely block USB detection, or make the USB device read only. The primary options on the UI lets you Enable the Use of USB or Disable the use of USB.
When you disable USB port, it stops reading USB flash drives instantly; however, it will not block other USB devices such as mouse, keyboard, printer, etc. Enabling USB ports let you choose if you want to make the USB device a read only, or a read-write device. This USB port locker software works perfectly fine and is easy to use.

USBDeview is a USB port manager which lets you enable and disable USB port lock. With this freeware to lock USB port, you can view the list of USB ports along with the devices connected to them. To enable or disable USB port, select the port from the list of ports which you want to make changes to, then click on Red button to disable and Green button to enable. It is one of the best USB port blocker software as it lets you specifically block USB ports.
Another good feature of this freeware is that it lets you block USB port of another computers remotely.

Flash Drive Permission lets you block USB ports of Windows. It has a tiny interface with only 4 options. These options let you set No Restriction, Read only Restriction, and No Access Restriction. It only sets restriction on USB storage devices. There are no other options such as password protection, etc.
